Take a peek inside the Tight Club community, each week we’re checking in with one of our crew to learn what they get up to when they’re not slamming balls or crushing burpee challenges. These are the people that motivate you in class when sh!t gets real. From OG’s to newbies, here’s their inside scoop.
What is Tight in your life?
My rollerblades, friends, neighborhood, my love of steak, and my dawgs back home.
Something people might not know about you?
I'm an open book.
What’s your favourite workout song?
In Da Club
Who would be your celebrity best friend?
Erin O'Connor @whattheshitt
Favourite way to procrastinate?
Can I answer later?
What was the last thing you read?
If you could go anywhere tomorrow, where would you go?
I'd make a little trek back home to Nova Scotia.
What does the tight life mean to you?
I love what Keighty's done with TC. It's refreshing to think about fitness as a reinforcement for your day to day. When I was an athlete, I didn't have that relationship to exercise. I always enjoyed it, but it wasn't supplemental to my day-to-day. Now that I'm all washed up, it's nice to have somewhere to go for a quick sweat with some pretty great neighborhood peeps.
What is your fitness goal?
I'm working on a 21 minute 5k by the end of summer. It's not looking promising so far but a girls gotta dream.
How do you treat yourself?
This summer my big plans are...
I just learned how to surf so I'll likely be getting barreled this summer.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
