Tight Club Check In: Hugo Neuproler

Take a peek inside the Tight Club community, each week we’re checking in with one of our crew to learn what they get up to when they’re not slamming balls or crushing burpee challenges. These are the people that motivate you in class when sh!t gets real. From OG’s to newbies, here’s their inside scoop.

What is Tight in your life?
My friends. I'd be incredibly lost without them. Together we find limits past the limits and keep each other alive through careful and responsible recklessness.

Signature Move?
Eating snacks!

Something people might not know about you?
I studied Sanskrit, Old Norse, and a few other languages. Words are so exciting, and how we use them is nothing short of thrilling.

What’s your favourite workout song?
A good book. When I'm not at Tight Club, I'm usually running. Listening to books makes a background for my runs that can carry me through any distance or effort without distracting me too much or making me worry about what the next track is. During Tight Club workouts, Fetty Wap's "Trap Queen" can get me through anything.

What’s your spirit animal and why?
A raccoon because I am adventurous, determined in the face of a challenge (some might say stubborn). I love shiny things, snacks, and naps, and I rarely get into any trouble that I can't get out of.

Who would be your celebrity best friend?
Sam Rockwell. We could take responsible recklessness to new heights.

Favourite way to procrastinate?
There is no better way to delay than by eating snacks.

What was the last thing you read?

If you could go anywhere tomorrow, where would you go?
Iceland. The weather is just to my liking, and it is home to one of my favourite languages.

What does The Tight Life mean to you?
The Tight Life means always aiming at targets and knowing that if my heart is true and my effort is strong, there is no missing, even when I don't hit the target. Targets are for aiming at, not for hitting.

What is your fitness goal?
To help anybody standing near me unlock the fun and happiness that I have found in working out. Sure, I want to run faster, do better Burpees, and slam more balls in a minute than I have before, but being able to unlock these things for others is always what's on my fitness mind

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
