Take a peek inside the Tight Club community, each week we’re checking in with one of our crew to learn what they get up to when they’re not slamming balls or crushing burpee challenges. These are the people that motivate you in class when sh!t gets real. From OG’s to newbies, here’s their inside scoop.
What is tight in your life?
If you ask my RMT- she would say EVERYTHING! Jokes aside - life is super tight right now. I work for an amazing company, I have the most supportive boyfriend, and I have been really fortunate to come across some rad opportunities with fit modeling that I actually never thought was possible!
One handed over head barbell snatch or TRX push ups.
Something people might not know about you?
I was a CFL cheerleader, bartender, and flight attendant… all at the same time!
What’s your favorite workout song?
Pretty much anything from Fetty Wap. The more gangster the better.
What’s your spirit animal and why?
Marmot. Sounds weird I know, but there is a story behind it! My sister and I were backpacking the John Muir trail in Cali and came across dozens of Marmots. They are quick to run up hills, fast to hide, and pretty damn fearless. They are often the underdog and over looked by most people.
They are also very social! Their loud whistles are actually them communicating amongst one another. They kinda became our spirit animals along the way, or maybe that was us losing our minds by day 10.
Who would be your celebrity best friend?
Taylor Swift! She seems like she would be so much fun to be BBF’s with! She’s super talented, I would get to be a part of her entourage and I would always have the best seat in the house for all her concerts!
Favourite way to procrastinate?
Cruising through Instagram. It’s a way to feel totally connected to famous people/dogs/friends/family and feel like you are keeping up with everyone without actually seeing them! You know when everyone gets engaged, has babies, has birthdays, etc. It’s also great for style tips.
What was the last thing you read?
More of a podcast type of person. Currently listening to “The Art of Manliness - How bad do you want it”. Check it out!
If you could go anywhere tomorrow, where would you go?
Trail running in Charmonix through the Alps.
What does The Tight Life mean to you?
The Tight life means living and being the best version of yourself. Whether you are new to fitness, advanced or just looking for something to mix into your routine, The Tight life is the backbone to help you do the things you love.
It’s a place that welcomes you regardless of who you are and submerses you into it's awesomeness. It’s a place for the fitness wanderers to call home and be openly welcomed into the community. There is no other life to live than The Tight Life.
What is your fitness goal?
My goal is to one day complete an Ironman. Ideally before 30… which gives me 4 years to learn how to swim.
Do you have any pre or post workout rituals?
Pre work out energizer is my bible for morning work outs. I prep my water bottle the night before and drink it as I walk down to TC in the early hours. Post work out is always a smoothie once I get to work. If you ever need some good quick tips for smoothies on the go - I’m your girl.
How do you treat yourself?
Beer and pizza. I’m a sucker for Brassneck Kolsch and a good pizza from Corduory Pie Co.
This summer my big plans are...
Staying local! I plan on getting out for tons of hikes, Tight Bike rides, runs, and brewery tours.
What's your favourite holiday?
CHRISTMAS! I love Christmas. Maybe it's because I’ve been in sales for so long, but I love the month of Christmas. Everyone is so cheerful, family comes together, cheesy movies are always on to watch shamelessly, and it’s a great excuse to indulge in chocolate.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
