Take a peek inside the Tight Club community, each week we’re checking in with one of our crew to learn what they get up to when they’re not slamming balls or crushing burpee challenges. These are the people that motivate you in class when sh!t gets real. From OG’s to newbies, here’s their inside scoop.
Competitive, fiery, determined
Probably a carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Our colouring is pretty similar!
I'm SO lucky to be able to say that there's a lot of good in my life right now. I live extremely close to my sister and a few very close friends, so I'm constantly surrounded by people I love. We pretty much live in a real-life 'Friends' episode - everyone congregates to my apartment, so I'm the Monica of the group.
My shoe collection is also pretty tight :)
I grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan. I lived there until I was 24, then moved to Vancouver for fashion school and have been here for just over 6 years.
I'm not a natural redhead! I've been dyeing it red for 9 years - I go to Kendall at Stratosphere Salon, and she's f***ing amazing.
Thank you! It's really easy actually - we usually buy the Kenya blend from Starbucks since it's fruity and acidic, and works well for cold brew.
We get the beans ground for a french press, put 1/3 of the bag in a 12-cup french press, fill it up with cold water, and let it sit for 8-10 hours overnight.
From there, you press it down, pour it in a pitcher, add equal parts cold water and serve it over ice. So good!
This place is definitely not hidden, but I love Cuchillo. My favourite menu items are the fry bread, the cauliflower tacos and the Mexican sea prawns.
I'd love to brunch with Anine Bing. She's built such a cool brand and has an amazing eye for detail and design.
It's a tie between The Only Living Boy In New York by Simon and Garfunkel and Life On Mars? by David Bowie.
The Pourhouse in Gastown. It's my favourite place to hole up, especially in the Fall and Winter. My go-to drink is a French 75, but they also make an awesome Gimlet.
HA I totally forgot those were there..I keep them around for when my dad visits. He's been drinking Molson Canadian for as long as I can remember - I think it's a pretty common Saskatchewan thing.
I've perfected the polished top-bun. It takes less than a minute, so it's great for the extreme lack of time between a workout and work. You can also get away with no washing your hair for an extra day - perfect for the lazy in me!
I don't mind them! They've just developed a bad reputation - they're not that hard!
The Tight Life to me is doing the things that I love and being surrounded by my favourite people, and keeping any stress and drama to a minimum. It's about being happy, relaxed and fulfilled. That's why Tight Club is such an important part of my routine - it really coincides with the things that mean the most to me.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
