Take a peek inside the Tight Club community, each week we’re checking in with one of our crew to learn what they get up to when they’re not slamming balls or crushing burpee challenges. These are the people that motivate you in class when sh!t gets real. From OG’s to newbies, here’s their inside scoop.
What is tight in your life?
My husband is the tightest thing in my life. He's always been there for me and he keeps me being the best person I can be.
Signature Move?
Anything that involves booty shaking, I've been blessed in that department!
Something people might not know about you?
I figure skated when I was growing up, but I was as graceful as an elephant. Jumps were my thing but all the stuff in-between was painful (for me just as much as for the people watching me!).
What’s your favourite workout song?
I don't have a song but I do have a mix that I often listen to by DJ Baby Yuu.
What’s your spirit animal and why?
My spirit animal is undoubtedly a cat. I truly believe I was a cat in my past life... I take crazy cat lady to a whole new level!
Who would be your celebrity best friend?
Zac Effron... because he is not good looking.
Favourite way to procrastinate?
There are so many but my favourite would be napping.
What was the last thing you read?
Cosmic numbers by James D. Stein; a scientific book that explains how mathematical constant came to be, like the gravitational constant or the speed of light. NERD ALERT! For some reason, I like reading about astronomy and physics and things way beyond my scope of knowledge.
If you could go anywhere tomorrow, where would you go?
Norway. It's been calling my name lately!
What does The Tight Life mean to you?
It means being ready for whatever comes my way.
What is your fitness goal?
My fitness goal would be to keep up with my way fitter friends and not feel like I'm struggling all the time.
Do you have any pre or post workout rituals?
Eating a big lunch or diner after a workout.
How do you treat yourself?
ICE CREAM! Earnest ice cream is way too close to my house!
Complete the sentence: What I love most about spring...
is patio beers and relaxing.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
