Take a peek inside the Tight Club community, each week we’re checking in with one of our crew to learn what they get up to when they’re not slamming balls or crushing burpee challenges. These are the people that motivate you in class when sh!t gets real. From OG’s to newbies, here’s their inside scoop.
What is Tight in your life?
My family and friends, and my incredible work family at Black Medicine Tattoo.
Something people might not know about you?
I love accents and learning how to do them.
What’s your favourite workout song?
Probably a song that I found from the Misfits TV show soundtrack - Rolex Sweep by Skepta. Very upbeat and intense!
What animal are you most like and why?
I feel akin to an old cat. Quiet and relaxed most of the time, but very sassy if rubbed the wrong way.
Who would be your celebrity best friend?
Eric Wareheim. I would love to drink wine and eat pasta with that man.
Favourite way to procrastinate?
Eat cheese and binge watch british crime shows or bad horror movies on Netflix.
What was the last thing you read?
Stephen King's The Dark Tower IV: Wizard & Glass. So many emotions.
If you could go anywhere tomorrow, where would you go?
New Zealand! I've heard there are prime spots for shark cage diving, which I have always wanted to do.
What does the tight life mean to you?
To me the tight life means community and a balance between mental and physical health.
What is your fitness goal?
My fitness goal is to do more than 5 consecutive push ups with ease!
Do you have any pre or post workout rituals?
After exercising, I usually go to Harvest for ramen (the #28 or #31) and a juice.
How do you treat yourself?
New leather boots!
Any big plans for christmas/winter?
Elaborate family dinners, and maybe taking a trip somewhere hot!

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
