3 words to describe your classes

(In her words) musically-driven, synergetic... unexpected!!

(In her clients words) communal fun, diverse, uplifting, contagious, unicorny

Why you're stoked to be on this team

So honoured to be working beside this group of smart, diverse, and above all deeply kind, generous and soulful, professionals!

What’s one thing you'd recommend?

I recommend being SERIOUSLY committed to every moment, while not taking yourSELF too seriously.

Cool fact about yourself

Maybe cool, maybe not, but I started my fitness career in 1980 when I subbed the aerobics class I was taking at the downtown Montreal YWCA. I am bewildered and terribly grateful to still be part of this ever-positive and inspiring industry.

What’s one thing you'd like to change about the fitness industry?

I hope that we’re moving towards less “industry”, and more accessibility, inclusivity, and outreach. I wish EVERYone, in body and mind, could feel the powerful difference even the smallest of healthy lifestyle shifts can make.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
