Studio Policies
Cancellations: Ok, so here’s the deal. You have a 12 hour window to cancel out of class without getting charged. 24 hours for personal training. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, and are on a monthly/ yearly/ 2 week intro/ Tight Life membership you will be charged $12. If you NO-SHOW on a monthly/yearly/ 2 week intro / Tight Life membership you will be charged the full class rate. If you have a 1,10, 20 class pass you will lose that class if late cancelled or no show.
Waitlist: You may sign up for full classes by joining the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist and get bumped into class with less than 12 hours notice and can’t make it, you will not be charged. If you are bumped into class with more than 12 hours notice, regular cancellation policy applies. We have this in place to give other people a chance to sign up. You can cancel your class by signing into your account on our website, go to “my info”, then head to “my schedule” and click “cancel” next to the time of your class. If you are waitlisted and want to find out where you are on the list, please call us at the studio. As soon as you are bumped into class, you will get an automated email and text letting you know. Please make sure you have opted to receive notifications in Mindbody. Feel free to call or email us with any questions.
Reservations: If you haven't showed up by the time the check in question has started, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. If you’re running late, please give us a call and we’ll hold your spot.
Refunds: All passes are non refundable. Unlimited monthly and yearly passes expire according to type of pass and date of purchase. 10 and 20 class cards expire one year after the purchase date. Our gift certificates expire after 1 year. Only 1 person allowed per class card. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Personal Belongings: Tight Club Athletics is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the studio. Please bring your personal belongings with you to your locker.
Doggo Policy: We are a doggy friendly studio and absolutely love having pups hanging around. HOWEVER, it is not our responsibility to take care of your dog if they’re disrupting the class. If your pup isnt able to chill quietly, it is your responsibility to calm your pup, and if need be, leave the class. We are also not liable for anything your dog may eat, chew, bite, lick, smell, etc. while they are here. Please be aware of these things before bringing them into the space.
Kiddo Policy: If you are going to be bringing children into Tight Club it is of the utmost importance to keep them safe. Kids are welcome to hang in our front lobby and to do this our policies are the following: they must be respectful, stay inside the lobby space, never in the gym without being accompanied by their guardian, and use headphones when listening to devices. Please note we are not a licensed day-care and can take no responsibility for the supervision and safety of your children.
Age Restrictions: Tight Club Athletics welcomes participants ages 16+ to freely access our classes. Any client under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
Putting Memberships On Hold:
1 Month Membership: No holds or Extensions
3 Month Membership: You have 1 x 1 week block to use for vacay/sick days. Any extra holds will be $20.
Tight Life Membership: You have 4 x 1 week blocks to use for vacay/sick days. Any extra holds will be $20. If contract is cancelled before 6 months, $150 charge will be applied.
1 Year Membership Membership: You have 4 x 1 week blocks to use for vacay/sick days. Any extra holds will be $20.
Shipping: At Tight Club, we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control and Tight Club is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies. Once your order is processed, we will email you a notification that your items have shipped and will provide you with a tracking number. These emails are sent automatically and if you do not receive notification please double check your spam folder or give us a shout at sales@tightclubathletics.com! At this time we only ship to Canada & the USA via FedEx.
Returns & Exchanges: We do not issue refunds on our products, but we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 21 days of your purchase. Please contact us at info@tightclubathletics.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will contact you to process the exchange. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition.
Currency / Taxes / Duty:
CURRENCY: All prices listed on tightclubathletics.com are in Canadian dollars.
TAXES
Canada: Purchases to be delivered within British Columbia are subject to 5% GST plus 7% PST, all other destinations within Canada are subject to GST or HST.USA: All orders to be delivered outside of Canada are tax-free at the time of purchase.
DUTY: Orders from the USA may be subject to duty and/or taxes. By placing an order with Tight Club Athletics, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Should you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to Tight Club and your account will be credited according to our return policy less any shipping and import fees associated with the return.

2. to manage online class reservations and online purchases;
