STEP one

Fill Out a Consult Form

Tell me a little about yourself, your goals, your training history, and what you’re hoping to get out of this experience.


This helps me understand where you’re at and how I can best support you.



STEP two

Movement Assessment

Come over for an initial session where we’ll go over your goals and assess how your body feels and moves.


Think of it as equal parts conversation and movement session.

STEP three

Commit to Consistency

From there, we’ll create a plan that works for your life and land on a consistent training schedule.


The goals are simple: quality training, long-term progress and building strength you can actually use in real life.
